Solution architecture
Turn business goals into technical decisions. Connect discovery, system design, and cloud strategy to an implementation path that teams can build, test, and operate.

Solution architecture Rapid prototyping AI-DLC lead
I connect solution architecture with deep, hands-on engineering: framing the problem, prototyping fast, and building for production. I lead AI-DLC adoption through practical tools, agentic workflows, and engineering teams. Senior DevOps Architect at AWS.
01 / How I work
Connecting business intent, technical depth,
and the people who make it happen.
Turn business goals into technical decisions. Connect discovery, system design, and cloud strategy to an implementation path that teams can build, test, and operate.
Test assumptions in working software, then go deep across application code, APIs, infrastructure, and delivery. Build the prototype, debug the integration, and carry the system into production.
Lead adoption of the AI-driven development lifecycle: reusable skills, guardrails, evaluation, and independent review. Extend it with remote agent execution and shared context, while helping engineers apply it to real work.
02 / Impact
Architecture, prototypes, and engineering practices that become useful in the real world.
Cloud transformation
Delivered an automotive cloud transformation from engagement to completion.
Hands-on enablement
Brought a migration strategy into practice through an onsite developer hackathon.
AI-DLC pilot
Estimated productivity gain in a two-week engineering pilot with nine engineers.
Selected outcomes across separate engagements. The pilot estimate reflects that engagement; details and scope are below.
The common thread: turn hands-on delivery into something other engineers can use. These are some of the systems, practices, and teams I’ve helped build along the way.
CURRENTAWS / AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT
Built: a Claude Code plugin marketplace and repository onboarding flow, reusable skills, safety hooks, MCP integrations, and review workflows. Extended this with shared context and remote agent execution on AgentCore and EC2.
Impact: helped lead a two-week engineering pilot on real cloud-platform migration work. Engineers started hands-on on day one using the prepared framework; by week two, all responding engineers rated Claude Code “Significantly Faster.”
Reported outcomes from one two-week pilot. Productivity is an engagement estimate; the week-two rating refers to survey respondents. These figures do not describe adoption or results across the wider organization.
2025 — NOWINDUSTRIAL CONNECTIVITY
Co-built: agentic tooling using Strands Agents, MCP, and CLI/UI workflows, continuing into the SFC Agentic Control Plane.
Impact: connected AI-assisted configuration and validation to edge deployment, runtime monitoring, and operational remediation. The result is a public reference that covers the operator’s workflow, demonstrated at Hannover Messe 2026.
Explore the SFC artifact2024 — NOWOPEN-SOURCE DELIVERY TOOLING
Co-built: the CDK CI/CD Wrapper, carrying patterns from enterprise delivery into an open-source CDK Labs project.
Impact: gave teams a way to wrap existing CDK applications with extensible deployment stages, test hooks, dependency and CVE scanning, and license validation. Shared delivery requirements became reusable tooling instead of another pipeline to build from scratch.
Explore the CI/CD artifact2021 — NOWCLOUD DELIVERY & ENABLEMENT
Delivered: cloud transformation work, migration strategies, reusable internal engineering artifacts, and developer workshops across automotive engagements.
Impact: delivered one automotive cloud transformation within seven months. In a separate engagement, secured executive buy-in for an Azure-to-AWS migration strategy and organized an onsite hackathon with more than 20 developers to put it into practice. Contributed technical direction across 100+ customer projects in IoT, data ingestion, and CI/CD.
2019 — 2021320EAST / PRODUCTION SOFTWARE
Built and operated: IoT lifecycle-management services, administrative web interfaces, deployment scripts, and cloud infrastructure.
Impact: carried work through requirements, release planning, QA, deployment, monitoring, and a 24/7 on-call rotation. Combined product changes with production operations and helped new engineers get started through interviews, bootcamps, and hands-on support.
2015 — 2019ABOX42 / SOFTWARE & TEAM LEADERSHIP
Built: developer integrations for embedded web platforms and a lifecycle-management system delivering software to devices over the air.
Impact: planned and executed a production migration from PHP 5.3 to 7.0.1, including dependency patches, rollback planning, and customer coordination. As team lead, managed engineers across Europe and Asia, with responsibility for hiring, coaching, technical direction, and delivery while staying hands-on.
03 / Selected work
Reusable delivery infrastructure around existing AWS CDK applications. Extensible stages, testing hooks, dependency scanning, and license checks built into the workflow.
A reusable foundation for automated cloud delivery. CDK stacks, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and sample Python Lambda functions bring infrastructure and application delivery together.
AI-assisted shop floor connectivity, from configuration and edge deployment to runtime monitoring and remediation. Bringing agents into industrial operations.
Data governance expressed as code. A shared CDK example for deploying DataZone resources consistently, accompanying our article on the AWS Big Data Blog.
A portable Markdown knowledge network for AI agents. Privacy-aware capture, retrieval through MCP, and an offline graph that connects what you know.
A hobby 3D atlas for my own car. An intersection of two things I enjoy: understanding how machines work and building software to explore them.

Snapshot: 13 Sept 2026. Contributions are the counts publicly displayed by GitHub, which can include anonymized private activity if enabled on a profile. Combined adds both accounts; it is not a deduplicated count of work. Public commit counts use GitHub’s search index and exclude private repositories. They are a different measure from the contribution calendar.
Stars belong to the six featured repositories, including collaborative projects; they are not a count of repositories I have starred. Personal includes Ganglia and Car Atlas; company includes CDK CI/CD Wrapper, CDK CI/CD Boot, SFC Agentic Control Plane, and Amazon DataZone CDK Example. How GitHub counts contributions.

05 / The person behind the work
My work sits between solution architecture and hands-on implementation. I’ve built full-stack software, led distributed teams, operated production platforms, and helped turn business goals into cloud strategies and working systems.
Today, I bring those perspectives together as an AI-DLC lead: prototyping approaches, building the supporting tools, and helping engineers adopt them. Outside work: cars, long road trips, and understanding how things fit together.
